Are thermaltake CPU cases good?

Thermaltake seems to have a wide range of pc parts and accessory lineup. How are the cpu cases of thermaltake compared to Corsair/NZXT in build quality?? I don't like the asthetics of thermaltake cases though. They look too aggressive. So are they really worth to be in my shortlist?

I had a Thermaltake case a few builds ago and it was okay. Corsair and Thermaltake will be okay but I've built computers with Lian Li and they are by far the best . . . simple, elegant, light and everything is well thought out. I currently have a Silverstone TJ07 and a lot of watercooling but if I were starting from scratch I'd go good quality MicroATX inside a small Lian-Li case with a couple of SSD's and house all my storage HDD's in a NAS.

NZXT has the best build quality I have dealt with... I've used a thermaltake mini tx case in a build before and it was good quality, especially for the price. Corsair has never seemed to live up to my standards, I've only used a few of their lower end cases though.

I have a White NZXT phantom 410 which i found to be pretty good quality. However I did experience yellowing maybe due to sunlight but NZXT sent me new panels at no cost which I thought was great. Maybe avoid their white cases.

I currently own the Thermaltake Lvl 10 GT Snow Full, I love it one of my favorite cases, a little heavy compared too most but beautiful came with a lot of fans for easy ventilation over a good case.

I highly recommend the v51 Core and all thermaltake cases, for all enthusiast builds both air and water cooled. I use In-Win, TT and NZXT in all my builds.

i like my core v21 alot!

What is your reason for choosing a small case?

the space im given. the room/desk area, the fact there isnt really anything im losing by going with mATX. and for gpu, depending on what happens within these next few months from nvidia/amd i can go r9 nano or bandwagon up polar/pascal

your system is overclockable, isn't it a bit risky to overclock in a small mATX form factor?
what is the temperature difference between your build and a normal mid tower build?

the only thing risky is not understanding temperature needs/airflow and component limitations, and i wouldnt know what my temps are vs a normal mid tower lol i dont have one.

Ok. solid build but I would go for a small chassis for non-k processors maybe, and I also have fear of overclocking as it may destroy my precious cpu 😛 Do you plan to do 4k gaming with that rig?

i promise theres people who OC in smaller cases/form factors lol.

At this point its not really a priority for me. but im sure down the road in a year or 2 i may address it, however not a need for me atm.

your build looks very interesting to me. What was your total cost on CPU parts?

what do u mean cpu parts, just the cpu?

price of all cpu parts together.
