Are these 2 adapters interchangable ?

I have an Asus G20AJ PC that's missing the AC adapter for it. It's a 230w 19.5V 11.8A adapter that has the same "fat end" to it that's on older HP/Dell laptops.

That being the case, there's this "Delta" adapter for $36 from Hong Kong that's supposed to work with it:

Would I just be able to buy the HP one and get one cheaper/faster?

as long as it has the same plug and the exact same specs for power delivery then it should work without any issues.
