I would take Andrew Bucks Idea and Run with it!!!

You could overclock the stock card to the superclocked one's clocks.
Those two are the same card, the stock clocked Titan cooler version. You'll notice that the model numbers - 03G-P4-2781-KR, match.

As for fps, it's dependant on a load of stuff - the rest of your system, the type of map, what's going on at the time, and your display resolution, as well as the specific settings used (basically nobody uses every single setting as they can cripple even high end systems). A reasonable estimate would be somewhere in the 60s fps range for GTX780s running at 1080P with more or less everything turned up, again, situation dependant - a multiplayer game is unlikely to be super-consistent. Overclockeding/using a factory OC card might add 3-8fps, it's not going to be a vast amount.

Hey George , Happy birthday in advance , and sorry I can't really do RESEARCH on the Cards to help you because I am Kinda busy , Just wanted you to know , that overclocking any GPU is easy as it can be , So don't be afraid.

Btw what is that you need help with ?,i saw your question was answered and no Best answer was picked,
do you need any help deciding on the board ?,what power supply unit are you going for ?

http://www.anandtech.com/show/6980/nvidia-geforce-gtx-780-overclocking-results this is the boost you can get when Overclocking the 780
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6WFQ2vjRso Covers the 780 and the 780Ti

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtIl-W4hqrA pretty much the larger segment of the 780 Cards, look at this, check the benchmark/price and decide!

When getting a motherboard
your priorities should be,high quality components, support for SLI/Crossfire IF YOU WILL USE IT
Overclocking support IF YOU WILL USE IT

a 'Gaming motherboard' loaded with unnecessarily features are usually not felt,i remember there was a benchmark comparing a cheaper mobo with a more expensive gaming one,the difference was very little!
Focus on motherboards which are high quality,High quality complements on a motherboard is better than features you will not use or effect your game play, get a high quality Mobo which is not marketed towards gaming, and use the saved money for a nice PSU or a better GPU,its all up to you

Instead, you should get the Core i7-4790K and ASUS Z97 PRO if you want an equivalent. You will get much more performance and you will also be able to upgrade to Broadwell. Your PC will also run faster and longer because of the better cooling.

Yes, I am. Get a good Z97 board like this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132118&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Well, I am not going to be home for 14 days and don't have a mic on me, but we can PM and I could help you that way.
