I would take Andrew Bucks Idea and Run with it!!!

You could overclock the stock card to the superclocked one's clocks.

Yeah, you don't need that much at all, but I guess if you want it, you can have it. 4790K at stock draws about 100 W and the 780 draws around 400 watts.

How much watt's would you say i'd need for these specs

Motherboard - ASUS Z97-A LGA

Proseccer - Intel Core i7-4790K (Want to overclock)

Graphics card - GTX 780 (Want to overclock)

Ram - 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport

Hard drive - 1TB Western Digital Black

CPU cooler / fan - Corsair h100i

And about 4 case fans

First, make sure the Crucial Ballistix sport is dual channel. The CPU won't need to be overclocked too much. I would say max overclocks and load, around 650 Watts. An AX860i or AX760i would be good.

Hey, what is your budget for everything you are getting? We can probably help you out better if you can tell us all the parts you need (or what you already have that you are keeping) and how much you can spend for everything.

By the way I have this card and it runs a heavily modded Skyrim at 2560x1440 at super smooth frame rates: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127746. It's a little bit cheaper than the others. In fact I liked it so much I bought another one for my son.

The GTX 780 i've ordered, But i need to buy a new motherboard and i found the one i like. New ram, New procurer and i'm getting the i7 2790k and then i need a new power supply that's my only problem i don't know what one to get cause i've got all the money for the other parts but the PSU

A Cooler Master V850 is a great choice. It could run a 4790K and Dual 780 Ti's, meaning it could hold 2 780s in case you want to upgrade. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171079

This.

Literally no GTX780s are available on newegg for the UK market, I've seen similar results in similar threads, despite newegg having a sort-of UK portal.
This is the link for GTX780s for UK, add any to your basket and they are instantly removed as they are ineligible.
