Question Are these benchmark fine?

i am new to pc builds. Anyhow i succeeded to build this pc. but my pc performance is so poor.
My pc wont go above 45 fps on gta v max graphics. and dropping fps in other games too.
below i am attaching the SS of benchmark. please help.

i3 12100f
Gigabyte B660 Gaming
Gloway Sheen Series 8gbx2 Rgb 3200mhz Ram
Hikvision 256gb NVME M.2
Seagate 1tb HDD
Lexar 128gb SSD
Msi RTX 2060 Ventus OC
Corsair 620w PSU

No, but it does have a suite of standard tests that provide simple results.
Memory speed rating vs actual, dual channel/single channel
Storage performance and capacity/used
A general CPU and GPU performance against all similar hardware tested.

It gets the broad strokes, but is very poor when it comes to actually being able to accurately measure performance. It has biases towards certain CPUs and GPUs and the percentages are based on an arbitrary point, I think the RTX 2060 is the middle at the moment.
