After redoing my loop and adding a RTX 2800 Hydro copper, an extra RAD and upgrading to win 10 pro this is what I am getting after a CPU and RTX overclock. I have the CPU at 46 multiplier with the bus at 103.00 and the 2800 with + 150 to memory and +75 to core. I may be able to push it more later. CPU temps max out at 77c and RTX at 43c

You are getting a decent graphic score in 3d mark time spy and also in fire strike. You are going to be cpu limited in games but you should get decent fps. 4 cores is a little on the low side these days. The best decent cpu for gaming is likely the AMD 3600/3600x. 6 cores and 12 threads. Next year there will be better cpu's available. Zen 3 etc.
