I have recently had what appeared to be a 980 Ti die, so I put a 1070 in and it posted where the 980 ti wouldn't but I still have a lot of the issues the 980 ti showed before dying (stuttering at high frames, crashing frequently and sudden mass drops in frames from 200+ to below 140).
I did a fresh install of Windows 10 and all the drivers had no luck, the issues persist.
The only thing I can think of is if I have something set incorrectly in my BIOS.
Below are my Specs:
Ryzen R5 1600
GTX 1070
Trident Z 16gb RAM
EVGA SuperNOVA G3 750W
MSI B350 Tomahawk
Windows 10
And below are links to my BIOS settings:

If anyone knowledgeable about this sort of thing (I haven't a clue) can take a look and check if anything is wrong, it would be much appreciated.
If nothing is wrong, what would the likely culprit be? PSU?
