Question Are these compatible?

Is the GPU I am getting (EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB SC Gaming) compatible with my PSU (Corsair CX600 80 PLUS) or will I need an adapter?

No, you will not need an adapter. The 1050 Ti doesn't even need a seperate connector, you just insert it into the x16 slot and it runs on the 75W from the slot itself. They are compatible.
