Define C supports ATX and mATX motherboards so no problems there (mobo in question is mATX)

BUT, i3 8100 is an 8th gen CPU which requires a 300 series mobo (H310, B360, H370, Z370). Otherwise it WON'T WORK! You'll also need DDR4 memory for that processor.
