Hello, so I've bought a used lenovo thinkcentre 75s (small ff). It has the apu ryzen 4750g and seems to be running a bit high on idle.

Cinebench multicore 80-85
Idle: 50 - 60
Cinebench singlecore: 55-60

Are these Temps normal?

Which cooler ?
Tjmax temperature at which slowdown may occur is 95c so 85c at full load on all cores is quite acceptable.
Idle temps at 50-60c are indicative of sub optimal cooling but typical for SFF cases. They are also subject to how "idle" is your Idle, anything above 1% CPU usage is not really idle.

it's not that bad, the sff pc's will run hotter because less airflow, if it's used and wasn't a refurb you can probably get it a few degrees cooler if you clean the dust out and re-paste it, but I wouldn't worry unless it was being maxed out all the time

As for the cooler, I honestly have no idea but I will try to look into it. Thank you for the advice.

Alright thanks, it seems to be hitting 40 at times but randomly jumps. I plan on having at high usage for long periods of time so is there anything I should be worried about? Apparently and chips normally run hotter than normal but I don't want to damage the apu if 80 degreed is too much for it.

Hot is "New normal" for processors, some of Intel permitted 100c and most Ryzen 90-95c before even starting to lose performance boost and shutdown temps some 20-30c higher to prevent damage. They are made to run at those temps.
They are not fixed frequencies and "jumps" are response to OS and program's demands. Temperatures go up and down with CPU usage because of voltage applied to run at those frequencies. So 80c is nowhere close to cause any damage or degradation.
