Are these fan curve settings okay?

Since my fans are doing wird and turn on and off again I made my first fan curve.
I am not sure its good. the fans will start at a usage around 27%. Someone also said something about hysterisis, but idk what that means. There is also a hysterisis option in MSI afterburner. Do I have to change something?

hystersis is to do with how smoothly the fan speed changes far as i remember

the fan curve you set all depends what temperatures you are getting

or you can leave it on auto
