Will the PSU hold? My budget is $2400. I've pretty much made up my mine on the components. Finally are all these part compatible with each other? Thanks

Well yes that will run fine. Just don't understand why you are going for the Non K version CPU if you want to get a cooler like that. Also why 4 x2 gb if you can just get 2x 4 or even 2x8 gb?

That was a mistake I meant 2x4GB and the cooler cause I can.

Well the system will run fine. I would however consider going for the 4770k if you might overclock a little in the future. Otherwise I dont see an issue with that build

Thanks alot man! I might get a i7 4770k. Thanks! :) Yup getting rid of the ssd and getting a 4770k and some other goodies.
