Its a pretty good build, but I would disagree with getting an FX 8350 at this time as they are 4-5 years old, get destroyed by intel in just about every title, single core performance is terrible and for only $30 more you can get the very latest in intels range with a i5 6500. Not to mention that they require better cooling, overclocking to compete with intel and use more power.

Btw I am a FX 8350 owner myself.

not good for $1272.27 after rebates. just added up the cost. took back my answer of it being good but needing optimization.

my recommendation would be:

1)make sure that evga PSU is B2 and NOT NEX or B1

2)fx-8350 is out of date at this point. budget your build better and change to intel. even a i5-4460 would give you better performance stock and it would run SO MUCH cooler.

3)overkill on the cooler. you can still get a med-high overclock from a $25 cooler like the 212 evo. buying for high overclocking is expensive and provides minimal gain in terms of gaming. plus you could lose the case fans if you arent killing your machine with excess overclock heat.

4) why no SSD? you need this on a system of this budget. HDDs are slow and just out of date in terms of holding an operating system. a good budget gaming system should have a 120gb ssd and a secondary 7200rpm 1tb+ hdd.

You certainly don't need 1000watts to overclock a FX series. Not even close to that.

well i was thinking of buying an fx 9590 , do you think my 700 watts power will suffice ? or will it damage the cpu in the overclocking ? thanks for your help mate , answer please

It's very hard to justify buying an AMD processor for a mid-high end gaming right now. Here's my suggestion for you. Intel 6500 which you can OC with that Z170 board when you add a cooler down the track. It'll be more than fast enough for everything right now though.
Also includes an SSD which will make your system so much more responsive for anything else you do on teh computer.

The 9590 is a waste of money, its just a 8350 that is overclocked out of the box that requires liquid cooling because it gets so damn hot. Any 4th or 6th Gen i5 will be a far greater choice (particularly a K series that can be overclocked)

Things like that are often said because there are so many PSUs on the market which just lie about their power output. You could get a "700W" PSU that actually only provides like 350W on the 12V rail, and can't cope with that for any length of time or as the temperature in the case goes up. In reality, a decent 750W PSU is more than enough for an OC'd FX and power hungry 390/390x. You can get an FX CPU do draw 250W or even a little more, but that's it unless you're into competitive type OCing with exotic cooling.
