[SOLVED] Are these idle temps ok for a new build ?

Solution
To determine your system thermals requires stressing your system.

Ideal temps for your CPU are 10-15C above ambient at idle and 65-75C under load.

GPU at 59C is OK however temperatures can fluctuate depending on Ambient room temperature.

To determine if your system is overheating you should conduct a stress test so your CPU is under load with 100% utilization. I recommend AIDA64 which is free for a month.
Cinebench is also a good test for your GPU.

Yes, the idle temps are fine. However, idle is irrelevant. They could sit at 50°C and would still be fine provided that load temperatures don't go over around 80°C, though be aware that a 12900K is pretty hot-headed. It all depends on your fan curve. As said above, try to appply heavy load via a benchmakr and see how things look then. Personally I use Cinebench since it's free indefinitely, but AIDA64 would probably be better.
