Are these idle temps okay?

I just put together my PC, i5 4690k with a H100i cooler. I'm using the stock thermal paste on the cooler and I am not overclocking. The ambient temp in my room are around 75-80f. I am getting anywhere between 31-41c with the CPU at around 50% load. I haven't had a chance to run prime95 or other stress tests yet, but do those numbers seem okay so far? I don't really know what to expect as far as temps go

The Haswells can run pretty hot. Given that your ambient temperature is a bit above average by 3-5 degrees, the readings you're getting are perfectly in-line with what to expect. Possibly a little cooler than typical, given that with water cooling the 4690K should IDLE close to the lower end of the range you're getting.
