Question Are these intermittent frame time spikes normal ?

I'm getting split second micro-stutters whilst gaming on my Razer Blade 16 Laptop.
It happens in virtually every game and it's pretty hard to ignore. Is this normal?

Which exact model? There are many Razor Blade 16 variations.

At first glance, your 1% lows are below 60. This is the stutter.

Does lowering settings in games reduce the stutter? Is the laptop g-sync capable? If so what happens when G-sync is on? Have you an external monitor you can test on? Is it the same result?

It's the 2024 model. 4080m and I9-14900HX.

G-Sync is turned off and the stuttering persists even on an external monitor.

The problem is that the 1% low is too low on everygame I play.

I'll do a full re-install of windows 11 and report back. 👍🏻
