they are. however a few tweaks:
- your mainboard only supports 2400MHz RAM.
For 125€ your RAM is most likely faster than 2400MHz
- your PSU has too many watts (not a problem) but too little quality. a 550W PSU is more than enough, look for a quality PSU.
This List isn't perfect, but anything in Tier 1+2 is what you should be aiming for. some Tier 3 units are sufficient if budget is running low (namely the Seasonic/XFX/EVGA/Antec HCG & grey Corsair CXM)
if you're willing to rebuild completely, I'd suggest going with AMD. I'm not a fan of i5s in 2017 due to their limited thread count.
here's a suggestion. I figure you're from NL? you should be able to find the parts for around the same price as your suggested build above.
personally I find a 1TB SSD excessive and would downsize to a 500GB SSD + a 1TB HDD for general storage, but that's up to you, depending on your priorities.
