Here's a clip. (pc specs at the bottom)

Most of the stutters happen inbetween scene changes, which made me think they may be asset load stutters. BUT the clip is of the second run of the benchmark, so it should all be loaded in, right?

There are also a few spikes outside of scene changes, like at 1:39 or 3:08

The reason I ask if these stutters are normal is bc out of curiosity, I also tried the benchmark on my laptop (i5 8300H, 1050 Ti, 32Gb 2666mhz RAM), and it had the same stutters. Which makes me think there are 4 possibilities:

* It's an issue with windows, BIOS, or other software issue somehow choking some component in some way
* It's an issue with heaven itself, and this issue is "supposed" to happen
* It's an issue with the electricity in my house (unlikely)
* It's a hardware issue/defect that happened to happen to both my pc and laptop (highly unlikely)

I have also had similar issues in games like overwatch, killfish, bg3, so I also doubt it's specifically heaven-related and is probably some sort of software issue somewhere. The spikes in the benchmark are at least replicable and happen in the same area almost every time, so I'm convinced there must be some solution that can be tracked down.

I've already tried updating windows 10 to 11, DDU, enabling/disabling EXPO, enabling/disabling reBAR, different vsync/gsync combinations, disabling gamebar, doing a fresh install and factory resetting my pc, running no other applications, updating drivers and firmware, running memtest with no issues, different power plans
