Are these motherboards the same size?

I'm looking to buy an asrock b450 pro4 to replace my current MSI z97 pc mate. Are they the same exact size? I don't really have money for a new case.

Yes, atx is atx, the may be a few mm difference but motherboard & case mounting holes will be identical.

Yes both are same size ATX board. But why would you replace a Intel Socket with a AMD socket? Have you bought a Ryzen System because the parts wont be compatible if you haven't.
