Are these normal temperatures for my components?

Hi All,

I just finished building my first PC, and all is well.

I just downloaded HWMonitor and was wondering if these are normal idle temps for components.

CPU - i3 6100
Value: 22 Min: 22 Max: 36

GPU- HD7970 Ghz Edition
Value: 40 Min:34 Max:47


NOTE: I am only using the Stock Cooler for CPU, and I still need to clean my GPU fans because its second hand, and also one of the GPU fans doesn't spin. This may be why temperatures are high

Those temps are fine for idle. Keep an eye on that gpu temp if you're going to be doing any gaming.
