are these normal temps?

ok so i just built my rig and didn't get a aftermarket CPU cooler becuz i thought i wouldnt need one unless i was overclocking but now everytime i start up a game my CPU temp gets to about 55 56c same with my GPU

CPU: FX=8350
GPU: AMD sapphire R9 280x

are these normal temps should i be worried?

The GPU Can go to 90+C no problem under load. The CPU is a 8 core so it will be hotter then most cpu's. if it gets to 80c under load then you need to grab a new heatsink or some better thermal paste
