Are these ok load temp for Q9450

Hi guys, i am running a Q9450 with a coolmaster 212X and getting the following temps on load:

0#=56
1#=47
2#=53
3#=51

are these acceptable readings or should I be getting better? Also why is there always a big difference between core#0 compared the rest?

even in the 60's you should be fine. research the max safe temp, so you will know your limit
