Hey guys, im going to build my own pc this summer and i made a list of the parts im going to buy, i know that the socket types are good for the cpu and motherboard but im not sure if everything that i have planned is compatible or what not, im new to this so im not really sure.

Parts:

NZXT H440 (case)
SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 250GB SATA III 3-D Vertical Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (for games, etc)
WD Black 1TB Performance Desktop Hard Disk Drive (HDD)
FURY Memory Black - 32GB Kit (RAM)
Intel Core i7-4790K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.4 GHz) (CPU)
ASUS Z97-A ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 (Motherboard)
EVGA 110-B1-0750-VR 80 PLUS Bronze Modular 750W NVIDIA (power supply)
ASUS Xonar DG Sound Card (audio)
GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming WindForce 3X - 4 Go (graphics card)

i also got some led fans from gygabite and an optical drive

im also not sure if i build this, is there stuff that i made a bad decision (like a power supply that has way more energy that i need)

im also (sorry for long thread) wondering do i need to buy a windows lisence for when i start the pc up or... anywasy, thanks to the people who answer ;D

Solution
Everything is compatible. You will need to buy or acquire windows. That psu is not very good.

You do not need a sound card or 32GB of RAM.

Thanks a lot for the reply :) i will buy the sound card for better audio and i will buy 16gb of ram instead. also, what psu do you recommend instead? i dont really know which ones are good and which ones are bad...

i hope you know that there is NO reason to buy a soundcard, yah, back in the 90's people bought sound cards because built-in audio was absolute ****, but these days you really dont need it, maybe if you were running a studio you *might* need one, and 16gb ram????/ you should do more research, i hope youre not some ignorant grown man or a little kid that hasent searched the wiki yet, but you should plan this better, you can save money and buy much better parts.
