Please can you check if these are compatible and if i will run into any issues? MUCH APPRECIATED!!

CPU Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU RTX 3060 x12G
MOBO MSI Mag B550 Tomahawk
RAM Corsair DDR4 2x8gb 3200mhz
CASE NZXT H510i
PSU Corsair RM750 (80 plus gold)

I have read that the MOBO could have an issue with this CPU due to needing an update. If this it does require an update, can I get around this without buying another CPU?

You're good to go, as is, though if I were you and I had the funds for it, I'd swap the DDR4-3200MHz dual channel ram kit for a DDR4-3600MHz dual channel ram kit. Aftermarket cooler? Stock will do but if you plan to overclock the CPU or keep the temps low, invest in an aftermarket cooler air or an AIO.

Ass for the BIOS,. the board should be shipping out with the latest BIOS version. You can corroborate that statement by looking at the barcode sticker in and around the CPU socket of the motherboard, it should state the BIOS version it came with. If the BIOS is an older version, your board has the option to flash the BIOS without a CPU swap. Refer to page 46 on your motherboard manual, here, under the section Updating BIOS with Flash BIOS Button.
