1. First off, will the Gtx 980ti fit the case?

PCpartpicker notes The Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 390mm long, but video cards over 270mm may block drive bays. Since the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB Video Card is 282mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.

2. Will I still have a drive bay for my single Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive?

3. Will heat be any concern if I OC the i5 4690k and the 980ti or not?

4. Is the power supply sufficient to power all the parts?

Solution
From what I can find online, the top 4 bays come out, then the bottom 2 stay in, so you have room for 2 drives without have to buy an adapter for the 5.25 bays
the card will fit with the cage out, I think the cage is split into 2 bays with 3 slots each, so you will be fine, or you can get adapters to convert a 5.25 bay into a 3.5 bay, you should be fine temps wise as long as you use good fans, noctua are a great brand, if you are concerned about space and heat you can look at the HAF X, kind of the 912's big brother. you will be fine with power

If I do remove the HDD cage, will I still be able to put in a 3.5 drive? Or do I need to mod something with an adapter afterward?

Thanks again!
