What is your budget, this build is fairly bad, money thrown into places it shouldnt be, and money not invested where it should be.

I'd cut the DRAM back to 16GB and try for a better CPU

Well I want to overclock the CPU so i'm not getting a new cpu any other recommendations?

I'd change the DRAM to 2x8GB, less stress on the MC (memory controller) than 4 sticks, which with 4 could adversely affect your CPU OCing

Will depend on your individual chip how high you can go, would say 4-4.2 at least and possibly higher
