Hello , i just want to know if these parts are compatible

CPU : Ryzen 3 2200G
MOBO : Biostar TA320-BTC
RAM : Team Group Elite U-DIMM DDR4 2133 8GB
GPU : GTX 1050 TI
PSU : 650w

And is it possible to overclock with these components

Solution

You'll have to download the latest BIOS from the motherboard...
They are compatible as long as that A320 motherboard has an updated BIOS that can work with second gen Ryzen CPUs. No you cannot overclock the CPU, the A320 chipset does not support that, but you can overclock the 1050 Ti, though gains will be minor. Other than that, faster RAM is recommended with Ryzen chips as it affects performance, and the exact model of the PSU should be mentioned as there are great 650 W units and also there are many 650 W PSU's that can cause problems within a month of use.

Where and how do I update the BIOS and which version do I need.
the PSU is 80+GOLD 650W idk the brand since its Chinese (i bought it at the electronics fair in HK )

There are options as to how to upgrade your bios-you can do it yourself but you will need a compatible cpu. You could borrow one from a friend or depending where you live you can always apply for the AMD boot kit to be sent out. Another option is taking the board to a pc shop/retailer and ask them to update the bios for you.

Your system will be quite low on powerdraw since you haven't got any power hungry components but the fact that you can't exactly identify the PSU makes it questionable. It could be a great one, it could be one that bites the dust as soon as you turn the pc on. Hard to determine its quality.

i found a better deal for the mobo and ram
MOBO : A320MH pro
RAM : same but its 2400mhz instead of 2133mhz

and its still compatible right?

if you are getting a gpu then a apu is wasted money

grab a i3 8100 with a b360 mobo, MUCH better performance especially since you seem to want to get slow ddr4 ram

Thats what i would like to do but i only have a budget of 150euro (175USD) for CPU , MOBO , RAM

You'll have to download the latest BIOS from the motherboard manufacturer's website, specifically for the board you buy, put it in a USB drive, and then go into your current BIOS and install the new one. However, to do this you need a compatible CPU, that is, a first gen Ryzen CPU. Most of the time manufacturers would have already installed the required update, but if the motherboard is an older model and has been lying around on a shelf for a long time, it may not have these updates. You can either ask the retailer to update the BIOS if required, or borrow a first gen Ryzen from a friend, or apply for an AMD 'boot kit', so they send a compatible CPU, you update the BIOS, and send the CPU back.

You'll need the power supply name, because if it is some unknown brand, then it is most likely not good even with that gold certification.
