are these parts enough to run minecraft with mods at high FPS?

I am a noob at building computers and I need some help. I have

Intel i5 4690k
Gtx 750 ti ftw
Gigabyte z97 ga Z97x gaming 3 mobo
And a 750 watt psi
Can I run minecraft on high? Im not looking to overclock. If you can recommend a better gpu for under $200 U.S, I would appreciate it.

Have you ordered these parts yet? There's a little imbalance here. You have way too much wattage. A very strong CPU with a mid level GPU. If you're not going to overclock, there's no reason to buy a 4690k or a Z97 board (both are designed for overclocking). What is your budget and what country do you live in?

No I have not ordered them yet, and after looking into it I will be overclocking. So just need help with GPU Now, and how many watts do You reccomend?

Also, I live in the US and My budget is about $1000, Not looking for somone to build me one, just need a little help picking the right peices for my hardware.

See I don't need to build one but a budget is important. There is a big in GPU power in based on budget.

You should be able to do 970 GTX with a 550 watt PSU in that budget.

I found the Evga GTX 970 4GB FTW Edition. The reviews I read on it Were good.
