So, I'm building my first custom gaming PC and I have all the parts picked out, but I'd like to know if they're compatible. It will be a mainly intel-based windows 7 PC.

So, that's all the parts. Besides the compatibility thing, if you have any suggestions for better parts (I set a price limit of $1200 and these are $1183), I'd be happy to see them. Also, where do I get the cables for the DVD drive? Looking at the reviews, it seems as though I need to buy them separately.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I think I'd rather stick with mine of most of it. But thanks for poitning out the optical drive, I completely forgot about that. Going to use your suggestion.
