It is a decent list of hardware, yes. Just be advised, if you want to overclock, you should go with Intel for a couple reasons. First they are very straightforward when it comes to overclocking and secondly, they can reach substantially higher clock speeds than Ryzen. Third, latency on the Intel platform is slightly less as well.

If I were you I would go with a 12600KF intel chip and modify the list accordingly.

Also, you didn't list your cooling solution, what are you doing there?
