Are these Scam Websites?

I was looking online to buy a new gpu and cpu and I came across these two websites https://www.outletits.com/amd-ryzen-5-2600---msi--470-gaming-plus-motherboard-bundle-33tp41cq and https://www.prcedo.com/ow4h896e/msi...dy-cf--graphics-card--r--580-armor-mk2-8g-oc- I double checked all the information needed to know if its a legit website such as their contact information, return policy, about info, the google secure icon next to the website, and the whois domain. Every single one signed off as a safe website but the deals look too good to be true, please help.

never seen them but the sites are very new and their contact address is a personal residence with a gmail email address.

think i'd wait and see some user reviews before trying it out. price is WAY too good to be true. i googled their "mission statement" and hit a lot of similar sites that all seemed too good to be true. my gut is scam all the way.
