Are these specs good or at least decent for gaming on a laptop?

Note: This laptop is just 1 year old, before when it was still new out of the box, my League of Legends, would not drop from 60 FPS at very high settings, but now it drops down to 28-40 when in action, at medium settings. I just want to know if there s anything wrong with the specs or is there any software issues.

Thanks & sorry if I posted this on the wrong section. I'm new. :/

Solution
No. Putting you CPU to do all the work of Physx will lower your performance.
Physx has nothing to do with this. LoL doesn't use Physx and if it does, turn it off.

Oh sorry if you misunderstood it, but I own the laptop already. I was just wondering if my specs are actually good, since I'm having 25-30 FPS dips on League of Legends. Since you said they're okay, do you know any reason/s to why I'm losing so much FPS? :/

It's most likely the resolution you are running LoL at. 1080p is a bit too much for that mobile video card. Lower your resolution to something like 1366x768 (in-game). Also, update your Nvidia drivers.

Would it make a difference if I set my Physx processor to CPU instead of GPU? Because I read a few times that Physx lowers your FPS since it makes your GPU/CPU process more stuff? Also according to Nvidia GeForce experience, my optimal settings are very high on 1080p. Does that make sense? Because before I could actually run LoL on very high without shadows and I would get 60FPS no dips.
