Hi, Im planning on building a mid-high range gaming computer in the next year or so with a budget of no more than 2200.I have decent knowledge of computers but not these specific parts. can anyone give suggestions or tell me if these specs are ok?

CPU: INTEL CORE I5-4670 CPU S1150 234.95$
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS Z87-C MOTHERBOARD S1150 159.95$
COOLANT/FAN: CORSAIR H100 CPU COOLER 119.95$
RAM: KINGSTON 16GB KHX1600 KIT 174.95$
GPU: ASUS GTX770 DIRECTCU2 2GB DDR5 379.95$
HARDDRIVE: WD 2TB BLACK (7200/64MB) (5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty) 169.95$
DISC: ASUS BW-12B1ST BLUERAY WRITER 104.95$
POWER: CORSAIR TX750 V2 139.95$
CASE: NZXT Phantom 410 119.95$
TOTAL:1596 (plus setup and keyboard,speakers,etc = 1920 and tax 2170
(keep in mind i live in Canada and stuff is expensive :p im also buying parts from a nearby store and the setup price is near 200 but it has a great warrenty and free repairs so i guess its ok,)

Solution
I would never pay $50 let alone 200 to have someone build it for me. I see that as a big waste.

Your build has problems:

-locked CPU with expensive cooler and overclocking motherboard.
-last gen CPu/motherboard
-unless you are rendering 16gb RAM is too much and a waste of money. Get 8gb for gaming.
Change to an i5 4690k and a z97 motherboard if you want to OC. If not, get an i5 4460, and a h97 board and drop the cooler.

Also, I would ditch the blueray writer for sure unless you PLAN to use it alot.

I agree with tiny voices. I would add the following:

-For your cooler the Hyper 212 is a lot cheaper and comes pretty close to the performance of a watercooler. Its also a great cooler if you plan on OC.
-Take a look at the LG blueray writer. I believe its about half the price.
-Search for all your parts on Amazon.com. I'm sure you will be able to find additional discounts there.
-If you can find them, don't be afraid to look for factory refurbished items. These usually have the same warranty as new and undergo a higher level of inspection as opposed to items coming straight off a production line.

One other thought in regard to future proofing. For your GPU take a look at the 4 gb options. Not many games are currently supporting this but in time many will.

Have fun with the build!

You get everything, really everything. Its much better, GPU wise. You also get good headset, mouse, keyboard, and 2560x1440 IPS screen. It has cost 40$ less.
Here is your youtube training video.

Can you give me a price on the oc build?

This build has issues, but I won't even go into them as it is $600 more than OPs build and he was talking about budget with his build originally. This build has ALOT of wasted money.

Agreed about the PSU.And RAM. Cooler is cheap and might be useful on heavy loads ?
