I'm buying used GPU (guy said he didn't used it for mining) and I have 2 years of guarantee so it's pretty good deal (440e).
Are these results any good? Can you tell me and explain me how it acts compared to good working one? It looks okay to me but I'm no expert.

I have the same GPU. The temperature can vary based on different factors. It depends on what your room temperature is, if your case has good airflow, and what bios setting your GPU is on, OC, or silent. (The bios setting is a switch located on the side of the GPU. It says OC/Silent Bios.) I can't tell you an absolute answer without knowing those factors.
