Are these temperatures good while gaming?

I have an i7-6700k cooled by a hyper 212 evo. Recently refitted it and improved airflow around the case and wanted to know if these temperatures are OK while gaming

Room temp: ~22c
CPU Idle temp (on desktop): 27-30c
CPU Load temp (as soon as game has loaded): 59c-65c
CPU Load temp (after ~20 minutes): 75c maximum

These temps are while playing GTA V.

Stock or Overclocked?

That's quite hot for stock clocks, but I'd say it's still within the margins of error. If it's Overclocked (I don't know how much you did) to about 4.5 GHz, I'd say it's perfectly fine.
