Are these temperatures normal?

Just like the title says..
I can barely touch the heatsink above the chokes on the motherboard, it just feels too hot:

Its on idle right now.

the heatsink you are talking about is covering VRM. the components below it are usually rated to work at 125C.
even 80C is way above what you can touch without burning. The actual temperature will depend on the cooling solution (actually on airflow around this heatsink).
as for the screenshots, there is nothing wrong with temperatures on it. but the sensors on it are probably not near VRM area (usually around CPU and chipset with only 2 sensors)

The CPU Cooler is vertical, pushing the air towards the Fan case that exhaust hot air and the heatsink is in the middle of them. Should i put the CPU cooler the horizontal way?
