I am running ac origins on 2560x2048 (using nvidia dsr on a 1280x1024 75 hz monitor) ac origin bench shows 51 fps avg and in game fps vary between 39-53 fps with all settings on ultra, also gpu temps jump to 78 instantly and at msi afterburner temp limit of 83 (within half an hour) so i wanted to ask are these stats normal?
My rig
Inno 3d gtx 1080 x2 twin (2 fans)
Gugabyte h310m ds2
I5 8400 (no bottleneck since cpu usage is under 70 EDIT: checked again they normally remain over 95, but I don't think its causing bottleneck since GPU too is working at 100% load))
8 gb ram ddr 4 (single stick)
Antac vp600 psu
Coolermaster k500l master box with 2 front, 1 rear and 2 top fans

Solution
The performance at least seems fairly normal, considering that the card is rendering a massive resolution. 2560x2048 is about 42% more pixels than 2560x1440, or even about 6% more than a 3440x1440 ultrawide. It seems like a bit of a waste running a high-end card like that on a 1280x1024 screen. With a 2560x1440 screen without DSR enabled, things would look sharper and you would likely be getting over 60fps in that game. Or with a 144Hz 1080p screen, you could get much higher frame rates in most games.

The temperatures might be a little high, though that could depend a bit on your room temperature as well. Temperatures in the 70s should be typical for a card like that though.
