Question are these temps hot for a pc???

Is your CPU overclocked? If so then to reduce the temps you will need to increase the efficiency of your loop, or reduce the OC. We would need more information on your build in order to advise further.

If you aren't overclocked then that's pretty bad, but you can still reduce it. Again, need build info.

What is the ambient temp in the room where the PC is locked?

I can't fathom how even a 1050 (non-Ti) could be at 45C under load. That GPU isn't great, but a "load" temp that low suggests it's not being used.

Do you have the monitor cable (HDMI presumably) plugged into the GPU or the port cluster on the mobo by the USB ports and such?

First step in resolving the CPU temp issue. Figure out what fan header you plugged the pump into, locate that header setting in the BIOS, and make sure it's set to constant 100% speed. If that doesn't help, the next thing to check/ fix is thermal paste application (probably too much) and bolt tightness on the pump.

thanks for the tips guys I’m gonna work on it and see. Where i live it’s always 30+ degrees and in my room even more hot maybe this is a factor too... here is a photo of the pc i dont know if you can something with it: View: https://imgur.com/IUstDg5
. im not really a pc expert but maybe the ram isnt good anymore maybe that is causing the fps drops?.@tennis2 @IAmBueno i really appreciate the help i was already in panic.

Every degree your ambient temp goes up will also increase component temp by the same amount.
