I just installed an h100i on my 2600k i7 using ic diamond 7, I have the cpu overclocked to 4.4 ghz and prime95 is running my temps up to 63 degrees max. Does this sound about right or should I re-apply the paste?

Solution
oh during prime 95, depends on how long you left it running because prime 95 keeps on adding stress to your computer and the C70 case is good but when you pull in air you also pull in dust! now if you could install dust filters on the radiator behind the fans so in between them and dont worry filters are thin, im not too sure if it would work and the dust also causes heat problems, maybe you should make it as a pull with the fans pushing out the hot air from the radiator out side the case and the radiator below your fans, check it out it might help
63 is not good or bad I personally think its suppose to be around 50 C but 60C is fine since your at 4.4GHz but its strange the H100i is a great water cooler idk why ur getting 60 C what case do you have and tell me what fans your using on it the stock ones or custom you bought from a store also how the radiator is being cooled, push, pull, both and thermal paste has to be a good brand if you want a good cpu temperature like the Arctic Cooling, my Q8300 was a 2.5GHz and I put it to 3GHz and my idle temp is 36 C with the NZXT Phantom 410 with stock fans no added and the cooler is CM Hyper TX3, Hope I helped

I'm idling at 18, it was just high during prime 95, I've got a corsair c70 case stock fans and the radiator is in pull, linus tech tips says pull should be fine and allows for easier cleaning

Solution
After looking around my temps for prime 95 sound reasonable, I might toy with it a little and try the suggestions, the only issue I've had with the h100i so far is that the 2 of the 8 threads on the radiator are already messed up and I didn't think I even had it that tight.

your temps should be quite a bit lower with an h100i, run intel burn test on maximum, much higher temps and voltage flucuations. what vcore are you at?

i get 4.6ghz out of a 2500k@1.360v bios set on the core with an actual idle voltage of 1.380v and load of 1.356v and i have an cm hyper 212 plus. prime gets me to 80c and ibt gets me to 84c but normal gaming and computing rarely goes over 74c, so I'm limited right now unless i upgrade my cooling.

with an h100i i would be aiming at no less than an idle voltage of about 1.41v and a load voltage of 1.38v and be pushing 4.8ghz.
