Are these temps safe to deal with ?

I've recently bought i3-4160 paired with gtx 750 ti and mobo is Z97M-D3H.
Cpu temprature gets quiet high as I start to play game ,like mafiaIII,JC3 ,BF1 etc ..
It reaches about 80-85 Degree celcius and I am worried if those are too high for an i3 processor .I m running cpu on stock cooler properly installed .
My specs : Core i3-4160
Gigabyte z97m-d3h
Zotac Gtx 750 ti
8 gigs of ram
1 Tb WD HDD
Cooler master PSU(460W)

Yes they are high , my 4160 never goes above 63c under any conditions , but I use a Cryorig H7 to cool it.

Thanks for the reply . I tried to remove the cabinet cover and I found cpu at about 70-75 degree celcius . Should I assume cooling issues ? or change the cpu cooler ? . And still cpu shouldn't have touched 80-85 in even those conditions .

I would ditch the stock cooler , go with an aftermarket.

I replaced 4160 with 4170 but still I had like low 70s C ,So I think I should definitely go for a better heatsink .Thanks
