Are these temps to high

I oced my 6300 to 4.4 and in prime 95 im getting 60 to 65 degrees is that bad I have my voltage at 1.431250 I might put it to 1.4

If the temp is at load, you're fine - it it's at idle you have a problem.

I just put my voltage to 1.4 and it is at 60 tops and yes it is at prime95 100% load

You're good to go. Max temp for the 6000 series is ~71*.
