I need to know if the CORSAIR HX1500i is compatible with the NZXT H7 Flow case and why there are two types of H7 Flow if they are named the same, one can support three fans at the bottom but the other has the PSU at the bottom. I don't know what to think anymore because this website has in it's list the H7 Flow but they are different and should I trust the website? What about the other parts of my build like the water cooler? I know that it can support 360 but thats not all about it's size. To get out of this confusion what about the H6 Flow? Is it compatible?

I had to go back in time to remind myself that NZXT made an H& Flow 3 years ago and that I wasn't losing my mind. To get back to your qwuestion without a question mark, you should probably reach out to NZXT but I'll fill you in something, NZXT don't care, which explains why a lot of things in it's own camp are all over the place.

PSU clearance = 200mm

PSU length = 200mm

You're going to either be cutting it really close or you might have no clearance issues at all, seeing how the PSU's oriented in the case;

and I personally think it's going to be fine.
