Question Are these two rams compatible?

So I have 8gb of DDR3 1600MHz CL10 by Apacer and I want to get another 8gb of it. I can't find the exact same one, I found one, which is same on everything but it's CL11. Can I use both of them without problems?

Also one more thing. As I said my ram should be cl10 as it says on it but on AIDA64's memory benchmark this is what I get (Maybe because it's considered overclocked ram?)

Memory manufacturers won't guarantee such combinations to be compatible together.

As with any memory that has never been tested together before, you are free to do your own compatibility testing with no guarantees.
