Yes those numbers are fine, those look like normal idle voltages. If you were planning to overclock however than anything above 1.4v on all cores is dangerous for 24/7 use.

And just to specify, 1.4v all core is for INTEL chips, which I can infer you have with the label above the voltage reading. If you were using an AMD CPU, the safe voltage for overclocking all core is 1.325v
