Hello

I just bought the msi gt63 titan and i need some extra periherials for it

i was thinking just mouse headset and mousepad are enough (built in speakers keyboard and screen seem pretty decent)

i have the logitech g502 wired for my desktop so i was thinking of getting the g903 lightspeed hero i like the logitech but i wanted something wireless without having any less remappable buttons

i long wanted to try bit more high fidelity audio but i need closed back so i think the steelseries arctis pro with gamedac will be good

and for mousepad i think anything will do but the steelseries qck prism cloth xl just looks pretty great imo :)

as far as i know the msi has ess sabre something built in audio do i still need the gamedac?

Thank you for reading my post and for your answers :)

If this is your only computer and you have the space, you should get an external monitor and keyboard to use with it when not moving around. The screen size and nice full size keyboard make a big difference. Think of it this way, you just spent well over $1,000 on a computer and you are playing on a screen about the size of a box of cereal.

I would buy a cheaper but still good headset (Arctis 3,5 or Cooler Master MH 751 or 752 if you want that fake 5.1 thing) and put some money on a 24 or 27" monitor. Does not have to be a super high end 144mhz $500 thing but something decent. I just got an LG 24" IPS screen with 75hz refresh rate for my laptop and that thing is not bad at all for games. Cost just a bit over $100, and really the smoothness in gaming is pretty close to the other screens I have which are both 144hz 1ms full on gaming screens.

thank you for your answer

it isnt my only computer and its specifically to carry it around (and a backup if the main one fails)

i have an acer 27" 1440p 144hz g-sync ips monitor (with abysmal speakers btw) that is on my main pc
but its very difficult to carry those without damaging them :/

i dont think i will buy 1 more for the laptop i bought that one and i really liked the 1440p res but the 144hz i really dont see the difference (even when getting exactly 144fps capped) g-sync is great thou wish the laptop had that :/

should i really buy an external keyboard?
as i see the buttons i use (on the left) are pretty full sized

I could be able to fit it into the budget thou
The mouse might be a bit too high end and the mousepad most likely doesnt need that rgb xP

i have the hyperx cloud ii i think thats "cheaper but still good"
but i wanted something a bit more high end too ;P

If you won't be using the laptop with an external screen there is not much need for an external keyboard. Mouse yes, but not keyboard. The headset you picket is not much of an upgrade to the HyperX Cloud, a lot of cost for them goes into things like the lighting. You are better off spending the money on a nicer set of headphones Audio-Technica ATH-M50x would have a clearer and more defined sound than the Clouds, Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro is another model that is often recommended to try in the $100-200 range. Without an amp I would stick to 32 or 80 ohm versions of those. Both of those should sound different enough from the Alphas you have to be worth trying.

Hmmm thank you for your suggestions

both of thoes are cheaper
But neither has a mic... (not a huge problem)
But how about the ath-ag1x?
That has a mic
Do i need an external dac for them?
(i rather not carry other things around xP)

Out of thiese the price hierarchy is
ag1x>dt 770 pro=m50x
But all are fine price

Now i prefer the ath ag1x since its much cheaper than the steelseries arctis pro and also has a mic xP (i suppose other than that its a m50x with a mic)

But a long time ago i almost bought the dt 1990 so im kind of interested in the dt 770

based on the many reviews i checked everywhere and comparisons and videos
about the m50x ag1x and the dt770

it seems the dt770 (80ohm) is the best product overall (best bang for the buck)

but i just know if i go with that i wont be buying any mic for it or dac or amp 😛

i really like that sweet low low pricetag it has
half of the arctis pro
(if it is really as good in sound quality)
thank you for the suggestion
