This will be my gaming pc ^^

CPU: AMD FX-8350 8-Core 4.0GHz AM3+ 16MB Cache 125W
HDD: Hard Disk 3,5 1TB Western Digital WD10EURX Sata II 7200rpm 64mb
SSD: SSD 120GB Samsung (6.3cm) SATAIII 850 EVO Ser. Basic
Motherboard: Msi 970 Gaming (970,AM3+,ATX,DDR3,AMD,EuP)
GPU: Ati Sapphire R9 270X 4GB PCI-E,2xDVI,HDMI,DP
RAM: DIMM DDR3 8GB Corsair Vengeance Blue / 1600Mhz [2x4GB]

Are these components compatible each other?
Which power supply and case I can buy? (100€ flex)
And cooler is a must?

Solution
there's no point getting an fx 8350 - if you want to overclock it you need a cpu cooler, and to get the same performance as a haswell I5 you'd need to overclock. the requirement of a cooler makes the AMD route more expensive than the intel, so you might as well go intel haswell I5 anyways.
be that as it may, an I5 4460 + any h97 motherboard will do just the same and probably cheaper.
if the above isn't true, then even so you might as well downgrade the 8350 to a 6300, then get a better GPU like a 280, 285, 280X, 960 or 970 but keep the same motherboard.

if you want another way to make this more efficient then drop the ssd for now, and upgrade the GPU to a 280X, then get the SSD in the future.
as far as case and cooler - case you...

as far as case and cooler - case you should look at the corsair 200r.
psu - look for anything made by seasonic, xfx, super flower; if that fails then look for antec high current gamer (HCG) or earthwatts series power supplies that's rated 550W or higher .

Solution
As the other poster said, get a FX 6300 and try to get a 285 Tonga GPU. If I recall correctly, it is the lowest one that will support Freesync. If I am mistaken and the 280x supports Freesync get that instead. Comparable performance and less expensive.

A FX 6300 might be a bottleneck on a handful of games but not the majority. Future games developed using DX 12 will render the CPU an afterthought. It will soon be all about the GPU, at least until Intel starts funneling "marketing" dollars to game developers to write code reallocating more of the workload from the GPU back to the CPU. A FX 6300 is pretty much future proof in a Direct X 12 environment unless Intel is able to sway developers to diminish their own product in exchange for dollars.

''I'll never buy intel anymore. I need just to know if one of these 2 GPU are good with the FX-8350. And if this PSU http://www.bpm-power.com/it/product/24626/alimentatore_... is good ^^ ''

the psu is good , but i suggest you a 650W and up for the fx 8350 cpu
the both gpu are good just take the cheapest one
