If the software allows it without any warning of potential failure then it should be safe. If not boot into safe mode and try turning it back to normal.

The software allows it but it warned be about the gpu getting wrecked when i enbaled the option to increase voltage :lol:

Also when it hits 61c the voltage drops by 30mv on its own,i get artifacts and the clock goes to 1486mhz. Any fix? (except from high fan speed)

Your probably taking it too far bring the voltage and mhz down to a more reasonable level. The mhz levels CAN stay as they are but if your getting artifacts than put the volatge down.
Think about it - little but higher fps but chance of killing the card. Or normal fps with alot less danger of killing the card
