i'm planning to build a casual gaming rig with these parts (not full list)
amd fx 8320
cooler master hyper 212 evo cpu cooler
gigabyte gtx 950 oc 2gb (windforce or whatever its called edition)
and this case

That case supports only two 120mm fans (actually 3 but 212 evo leaves me only 6mm on the side panel), one front, one back. (i'm thinking of swapping preinstalled fans with those corsair fans that everyone seems to be using)

I might want to mildly oc the system so i have three questions
1) Are those two fans and cooler enough or will i fry the cpu and burn my house if i try to OC?
2) what if i don't oc?
3)Any suggestions for similar design (minimalist, front panel mesh or matte, no side window) cases under 50$?

Solution
It'll be fine as long as the air is being Exhausted good enough. I had an OC'd 8350@4.8 Ghz for a year never got above 70c with one rear case fan.
then another question, what fans should i install in the rear and back, static pressure or high air flow? In this picture http://www.deepcool.com/product/case/Upload/f05f74fd92d7446da7357765c8b5c32a.jpg of a build with this case it looks like the cpu cooler is really close next to the rear fan and there is a lot of free space next to the front fan (bottom right).
So would it be front - AF, rear - SP? Or should i make both SP?

The back exhaust fan should be High air flow. The front ones should be Static pressure if you're using a dust filter and/or have hdd cages in front of it. If neither, then use HF instead.
