Arkham knight on 4gb of ram on gtx1050ti?

As the title says i wanted to know if i am able to play A.K on 4gb of ram. I currently have a core i5 2400 cpu and a gtx1050ti gpu

yes, that is at least what im hoping for, being able to play it at 1080p medium or low settings
