Can I run Arkham Knight on my low end CPU?

My specs -

Intel Core i3 540 @ 3.06 gHz
Nvidia GTX 960 2 GB Edition
8 GB DDR3 RAM

I am already aware that my CPU is the bottleneck here, and coz of that I will have to play on low. But is that even an option?

Okay so you want to play Arkham Knight with an i3..
Well the game requires at least I would say a quad core with 3.0GHZ or more so that means you'll need a very good i5 or a decent i7 (or AMD equivalent).

You have 8Gb of RAM which is good.

The GPU well its hard to say but the GTX 960 is a great budget 1080p card that can do high-ultra in most games but I bet quit e bit that the card can't do ultra in this game.

The game it's self has been taking from the shelf's twice due to the game just being a god darn terrible pc port no matter how many time they tried to bug fix it. There aren't as many bugs, frame rate drops and crashes now compared to the first release but most of them are still there.

The game is basically the worse pc...

Is that a no, then?

My CPU is the only thing that goes below the minimum requirements. Can I not play it on low as well?

You can play the game, the problem is the game. It got pulled from the Steam Store twice...I got a refund for it, it was crashing non-stop on me. Get it on console if you can, don't count on it holding up on PC.

I don't know how it will affect your performance but according to this article the game should be able to at least run uaing dual core cpu:

The game is basically the worse pc port of this year and ever pc gamer worth their salt knows how bad its entry into the pc world was.

Its not worth upgrading for that game, you can play a ah heck load of other games with an i3 which play and run great.
